About Resource Qualified Management System

Resource qualified management system manages (project RQMS) resource in single point of view providing allocation, utilization, and access to the portable equipment, facilities and workshop for the students and teaching staff for their course and project works during teaching and non-teaching periods.
Resource adminitstrator can define resource, booking rules and booking process workflow within different area of the faculty. The booking rules enforce the access and usage quota of the resource so that the distribution of the access to resource will be shared equally among the student. The booking process workflow defines the lifetime of a booking and allow store or support administrator to manage the booking and make sure that it is easaily tracked and rule followed. The typical booking started with student made the booking, approved by the staff if required, dispatching and returning of the equipment. For workshop and facility booking, student can perform check-in and checkout task, and workshop presenter can perform roll call and mark attendance.
The system also provide the tracking of the equipment maintenance and ability to report the faulty and damages caused at the return of the resource by student and staff. OHMS process is re-enforced by the Test and Tagging module of the system, especially the electrical parts and component of the equipment. Every inspection and testing are recorded and provide the system administrator the report for the up and coming inspection of the equipment.
