About Resource Management & Booking System

From a single point of view, the resource management and booking system (project RMBS) manages the availability of facilities, allocating, utilizing, and granting users and administrators access to them. Users can check the availability of the various facilities offered, make reservations and payments, and manage their accounts. On the other side, administrators oversee bookings, users, and comments in addition to managing the availability of the facilities.
The resource administrator can specify resources, booking policies, and the processes for bookings of the faculty. The distribution of the access to the resource will be spread equally among the users according to the booking rules, which impose the access and usage quota of the resource. The booking process workflow establishes the lifetime of a booking and enables administrators to manage reservations, ensure that they can be easily traced, and ensure that rules are upheld.
The system also offers a rating and feedback system to help the team enhance their facilities in response to user feedback. The system is improved more by establishing a mailing system to increase user engagement and notify them of any changes or updates. The system manages finances by sending information about purchases to the user’s individual Quickbooks account. It also supports several payment gateways, including online banking and Sarawak Pay.
